Integrated Multi-Port Switch and PoE Delivery

Beyond its wireless capabilities, the GWN7624 serves as a functional networking hub for the room. It features a total of four Gigabit Ethernet ports: one uplink port with PoE/PoE+ input and three local Gigabit ports for wired devices. To simplify the deployment of additional hardware, two of the local ports provide PSE (Power Sourcing Equipment) output. This allows the AP to act as a power gatekeeper for Portable IP Phones, IPTVs, or computers, significantly reducing the need for extra power adapters and cabling within the facility.
