Now before you send a product back to the Findheadsets you need to secure a return authorization, without it, you won’t be able to get the product returned. That being said, if the product is defective or is incompatible with your device, send it back to us in the condition you received and we will return your money (Make sure that you follow steps 1 through 4 listed below). The items are shipped the same day by UPS, USPS, DHL, and FedEx if you place the order before 3:00 PM PST.
 

Please note that our return policies are governed by the procedure listed below. To ensure that your product is returned make sure that you observe these steps, if you have any ambiguities don’t be hesitant to contact support with your questions and queries.

Step 1

Before sending anything back, you must secure a return authorization number. You can call at our toll-free number or you can email your issue at returns@findheadsets.com. After securing an RMA number you must act on it quickly for it as it expires in 10 days.

Step 2

Packaging the product for the return is a big issue, as many people intend to miss out on things. Make sure that you include everything that came within the original packaging. Failure to do so will get your return request rejected. Also, know that you have to pay for the shipping.

Step 3

With the return packaging, you have to attach your RA number outside the box and place the receipt inside the box. Please note that you don’t have to write the RA number outside the box and the details on the invoice should be legible.

Step 4
 

Now you have done your part and it is up to the Findheadsets.com for the approval and rejection of your return request. At this point, all you can do is wait. NOTE: ** Except for special order items and accessories from Plantronics, Jabra, Polycom and EnGenius (batteries, ear cushions, and headbands, Adapters, etc). These are non-returnable, non-refundable, not-exchangeable**.

Before you send any product back to Find Headsets you must first secure a return authorization number. You may call our toll free number and explain your situation to one of our representatives and they will help assist you with your return or you may email your inquiry to returns@findheadsets.com and a representative will send you your RA number via email. Find headsets give you 30 days from the date of purchase to secure a return authorization number. RA numbers will expire after 10 business days.

If the item has been discontinued or the Manufacturer has abandoned the production then RMA (Return No.) could not be issued.
