Electronic Hook Switches (EHS) communicate electronically with your phone giving your wireless headset answer/end and ring alerts remotely. The use of an EHS cable eliminates the need for an HL10 handset lifter.

Compatible with the following headsets:

CS500 Series: CS510, CS520, CS530, CS540, and all -XD variants

Savi Series: W710, W720, W730, W730M, W740, W740M, W745 and all -M variants

Savi Series: W8210, W8220 and all -M variants

Compatible with the following phones:

Note 1 = Ring detect cable required (included with AWH headsets and Savi adapters)

Note 8 = Europe phones Only – EHS with IP Office switch rev R6 or greater and phone rev R3.0 or greater, on Communications Manager switch rev 5.2.1 or greater and phone rev R3.0 or greater

Note 9 = If you are NOT using a sidecar with 4600 series and 5400 series phones, use APV-66 (CS500, Savi W700 series headsets) or APV-6B (older CS wireless headsets). If a sidecar is used with selected 4600 series and 5400 series phones, the EU24 port on the phone is taken up by the sidecar cable. Use EHS cable APV-63 (CS500, Savi W700 series headsets) or APV-6A (older CS wireless headsets) instead

Note 10 = Has built in Bluetooth which will pair with BT 2.1 devices with 3.1 Service Pack 2

Note 11 = Connect an adapter cable 40287-13 between the EHS and the phone when using a CS headset
